Howard is a Managing Director of Veracap Corporate Finance Limited in Toronto where he helps business owners and executives maximize shareholder value through acquisitions, divestitures, private equity financing and shareholder value advisory services. He is the author of several books on the subjects of business valuation and corporate finance, and has been an expert witness on complex valuation matters before the courts.
