The CF Experience Route

Designed for senior and experienced individuals who work in corporate finance, the CF experience route formally recognizes your achievements in corporate finance through an examination of your experience.

Entry Requirements

In order to qualify via the CF Experience Route, you must submit an application form that demonstrates that you have met the following criteria:

• You must currently be working in corporate finance and corporate finance should form a substantial part of that role
• You must have a minimum of eight years of corporate finance experience
• You must have had material involvement in at least six completed deals in the eight years immediately preceding the date of application
• You must have been a senior lead on deals for at least the last three years (eg, level of partner within a firm of accountants, Managing Director in a private equity firm)
• You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the corporate finance community
• You must provide a minimum of two peer references.
