After completing the CICA Corporate Finance – Level 2 Program, participants must successfully complete the final four-hour corporate finance case study exam before applying for the CF qualification. The CF exam simulates a real-life, complex corporate finance transaction, focusing on the strategic decision-making and deal-structuring processes. Background to the case study will be sent to you in advance of the exam date so you can familiarize yourself with the strategic issues and situational context of the subject company. During the exam, you will receive new information affecting the corporate situation and your response to the transaction.

Early summer 2012 – across Canada
Tuition: $395 (plus applicable taxes)
Apply for the CF via the Education Route
Once you have successfully completed the CF Exam and have met the work experience requirements, you may apply for the CF qualification by completing and submitting the Application Form below.
Entry Requirements
In order to qualify for the CF via the Education Route, you must submit your application form that demonstrates that you have met the following criteria:
- You must have completed Level 2 of the CICA’s Corporate Finance Education Program and the CF Examination
- You must currently be working in corporate finance and corporate finance should form a substantial part of that role
- You must have a minimum of three years of corporate finance experience
- You must have had material involvement in at least three corporate finance deals
